To investigate the mandibular denture repair of alveolar ridge crest level combined with the transfer of mucosal flap in dental restoration.Methods:15 patients with denture cases were investigated by the alveolar ridge crest smooth operation and soft tissue flap. After the repair of the assessment of patients with chewing ability.Results: among the 15 cases, the effective rate was 93.3% to achieve beter clinical effect. Conclusion: the acute alveolar ridge crest and the atached gingiva of the patients lack of alveolar surgery operation, do trimming alveolar crest before restoration, transfer and mucosa can obtain good therapeutic effect, improve the denture bearing capacity.
