摘要
目的：探讨品管圈在改进医疗管理质量中的作用及效果。方法：开展品管圈活动，探究医疗管理，医疗服务的变化情况。结果：激发了工作热情，增强了工作积极性，提高了工作效率，同时也促进了医患和谐。结论：品管圈是改进医疗质量的一个有效工具，较为人性化，是一种新型管理模式。
Abstract
To discuss the role of quality control circle and its effect in health management quality improvement.Methods:To carry out quality management circle activity can explore the medical management and the change of medical services.Results:Stimulated the work enthusiasm, enhanced the work enthusiasm, improved work efficiency,also promoted the doctor-patient harmony.Conclusion: Quality control circle is an effective tool to improve medical quality, and a new type of management mode.It’s more humane.
