护士长助理工作方案效果分析与评价

目的:为加强护理管理后备人才的培养,提高护理管理水平,我院自2012年起实施护士长助理工作方案,选拔部分符合条件的骨干护士担任护士长助理,协助护士长参与科室管理。结果:通过实施护士长助理工作方案,培养了护理骨干的管理意识和提高了管理水平,进一步强化了科室的管理。结论:开展护士长助理工作方案能充分发挥护理骨干的主观能动性,使之在实际管理中迅速成长,利于护理管理后备人才的培养和加强护理管理,取得较好效果。
Goal To strengthen the training system of reserve nursing talent , to improve the level of nursing management in our hospital , the implementation of head nurse assistant program, selection of backbone nurses to serve as the assistant head nurse, to help head nurses in Department management since 2012. Results Through the implementation of head nurse assistant program, breeding the awareness of backbone on nursing management and improve the level of management, to further strengthen the management of departments. Conclusion the head nurse assistant system can make ful use of nursing backbone’s initiative , to grow rapidly in the actual management, conducive to the cultivation of nursing management talents and strengthening nursing management, achieved good effect.
