摘要
目的：探讨强直性脊柱炎并明显胸椎后凸畸形患者并发颈椎骨折病人行颅骨牵引术等非手术治疗后的护理要点和方法。方法：本组3例均为强直性脊柱炎并发颈椎骨折合并颈脊髓损伤患者，对患者施以心理、皮肤、肢体、牵引针道等有针对性的护理对策。结果：经过有针对性护理，减少了牵引治疗后的并发症发生，取得了满意的临床效果。结论：有针对性的重点护理结合基础护理可明显提高强直性脊柱炎并发明显胸椎后凸畸形颈椎骨折病人的生活质量，降低脊髓损伤后各系统并发症的发生。
Abstract
To evaluate the key importance and methods of nursing these patients with cervical spine fracture with Ankylosing Spondylitis and obvious thoracic vertebra protrusion deformity in non-operative treatment.Methods:3 cases with cervical spine fracture and cervical spinal cord injury suffering from Ankylosing Spondylitis. and thoracic vertebra protrusion deformity were accepted many targeted nursing countermeasures: psychological, skin care,limbs and trunk care, traction needle way care and so on.Results:Targeted nursing reduced the complications occurred after the traction therapy in 3 cases. Satisfactory clinical results have been achieved.Conclusion:Targeted and based nursing can obviously improve quality of life and reduce the occurrence of complications in these patients with with cervical spine fracture with Ankylosing Spondylitis and obvious thoracic vertebra protrusion deformity in non-operative treatment.
