摘要
目的：为了提高危重患者口腔清洁率，运用品管圈活动进行干预。方法：通过2013年3月开始组圈活动，调查品管圈活动前及活动后380次口腔护理后清洁情况，并运用品管圈活动手法进行调查分析及制定整改措施，对比活动前及活动后两组患者口腔护理后检查患者口腔情况。统计危重患者口腔护理后清洁率。结果：380次危重患者口腔护理后清洁率中，其中活动后（观察组）患者口腔清洁率较活动前（对照组）明显升高，实施前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：我科通过品管圈活动运用各种改善手法，通过团队力量、结合群体智慧、群策群力、持续性从事各种事物的完善活动，实施持续改进，提高了危重症患者口腔护理清洁率。
Abstract
