摘要
目的：探讨自拟中药辩证分型治疗老年便秘的临床效果。方法：将98例老年便秘患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各49例，对照组采用口服西沙比利片进行治疗，治疗组采用本院自拟中药进行辩证分型治疗。结果：治疗组临床总有效率为93.9%显著高于对照组的67.3%。结论：本自拟中药辩证分型治疗老年便秘临床疗效肯定，建议推广应用。
Abstract
To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine dialectical treatment of senile constipation.Methods:98 cases of elderly constipation patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 49 cases in each group, the control group with oral administration of Xisha Bily treatment, the treatment group with the Institute of Chinese medicine dialectical typing treatment.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.9%, significantly higher than the control group 67.3%. Conclusion:The Chinese medicine dialectical treatment of senile constipation clinical curative effect, it is recommended that.
