Application of nursing risk management in surgical nursing management
To study the effect of nursing risk management in surgical nursing management.Methods:our hospital surgical operation in 350 patients were randomly divided into two groups, study group received nursing risk management, control group was given conventional nursing management, nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results: the nursing research group, the effective rate was 98.86%, significantly higher than that of the control group of 96%, the number of nursing errors significantly less than the control group, and no nursing disputes, the control group of nursing disputes in 6. The patients satisfaction was 96.57%, significantly higher than that of the control group of 90.86% patients, and the incidence rate of complications was significantly lower than the control group. The difference is obvious, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion:the application of risk management is particularly important in surgical nursing management, which wil greatly enhance the nursing personnel's risk awareness, improve nursing knowledge, reduce the incidence of errors in time, improve the satisfaction of patients, so as to provide security more effective for patients and hospital.
