摘要
等级医院评审工作，重视内涵建设，科技创新，服务设施功能完善，关注患者安全，服务质量及持续改进。我们根据卫生部评审标准制定了护理评审内容及评审方法，分析其基本内容和对医院门诊的影响，学习更新观念，完善管理体系建设，改进优化服务流程，建立良性工作机制，提高了患者满意度，从而促进医院发展。
Abstract
The hospital rating, comprehensive strength building, technological innovation, facility increase, caring much about patients safety, and service quality improvement. We work out the nursing assessment content and assessment method according to the criteria of ministry of public health , analyze the basic content and the influence to the hospital outpatient, update the concept, strengthen the management system construction, optimize the service process and establish good working mechanism to offer patients quality service and contribute more to our hospitals development .
