Serum Bcl-2, vascular endothelial growth factor expression and significance in Hepatic carcinoma patients
To detect serum Bcl-2, vascular endothelial growth factor levels in order to study the significance of its expression in HCC .Methods:February 2011 - December 2012 into the hospital clinicaly diagnosed 50 cases of liver cancer patients in the observation group, 50 cases of normal control group. Serum were detected Bcl-2, vascular endothelial growth factor levels and positive expression rate, compare and analyze the test results. Results:The serum Bcl-2, vascular endothelial growth factor expression positive rate was significantly higher than the control group ( 98% > 20% and 100 %> 30% ) , compared to the difference between the two groups was statisticaly significant (P <0.05 ) ; serum levels of Bcl-2 in the observation group and the control group were (102 ± 40) U / L, (45 ± 30) U / L, the observation group was significantly higher , compared to the difference between the two groups was statisticaly significance (P <0.05); observation group and the control group of vascular endothelial growth factor levels were (415.2 ± 140.3) ng / L, (160.5 ± 65.8) ng / L, the observation group was significantly higher, compared to the two groups the difference was statisticaly significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:The serum of patients with hepatocelular carcinoma Bcl-2, vascular endothelial growth factor detection rate was significantly higher than normal, and the serum levels than normal , prognosis and treatment of liver disease has important clinical significance.
