联合治疗切口妊娠的护理

摘要
目的：探讨采用B超监测下切口妊娠介入术、双侧子宫动脉造影+栓塞术和B超监测下清宫术联合治疗切口妊娠患者的护理方法。方法：回顾性分析了2009年10月~2013年10月我科收治的9例采用B超监测下切口妊娠介入术、双侧子宫动脉造影+栓塞术和B超检测下清宫术联合治疗的切口妊娠患者的治疗和护理方法。结果：9例患者全没切除子宫，其中，1例在清宫过程中发生了大出血，经过积极对症处理后出血减少。结论：采用 B 超监测下切口妊娠介入术、双侧子宫动脉造影+栓塞术和 B超监测下清宫术联合治疗切口妊娠是一种安全有效的治疗方法，但由于切口妊娠组织结构的特点，治疗过程中随时都可能发生大出血，所以对切口妊娠整个治疗过程中的病情观察和护理都至关重要。
Abstract
objectiveto study the nursing of cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP) in treatment of Methotrexate (MTX) injected into the blastocyst under type-B ultrasound guidance、 bilateral uterine arterial embolization(UAE) with angiography and complete curetage of uterine cavity under type-B ultrasound guidance.Methods Medical records of 9 cases who were in treatment of MTX injected into the blastocyst under type-B ultrasound guidance、UAE with angiography and complete curetage of uterine cavity with the application of ultrasound were studied retrospectively in our hospital between 2009 October and 2013 October.ResultsNo oneacceptedsurgical removal of the uterus. the blood loss of 8 cases was less during the treatment , 1 case were bleeding during the treatment and received positive treatment ,then hemorrhage stopped.Conclusion the combined treatment of MTX injected into the Blastocyst under type-B ultrasound guidance、UAE with angiography and complete curetage of uterine cavity under type-B ultrasound guidance is safe and effective for CSP . As the special tissue ,CSP may bleed at any time . It’s important for CSP to make close ilness observation and carefuly nursing during the treatment .
