High frequency ultrasound in patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral arterial reconstruction of value
application of ultrasound in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (2 dm) peripheral arteries, evaluation of 2 dm small peripheral vascular lesions. Methods: to observe the 2 dm patients and 50 healthy adults 50 cases, using high frequency ultrasound probe measurement on both sides of the carotid artery and two groups of dorsalis pedis artery diameter, the peak systolic blood flow velocity (S), end-diastolic velocity (D), vascular resistance index (RI), pulse index (PI), and other indicators. Results: the observation group of TG, TC, LDL - C is significantly higher than the control group, HDL - C significantly lower than the control group; The inner diameter of the carotid artery, dorsalis pedis artery, S, D, PI is lower than the control group, RI is higher than the control group; All have significant difference. Conclusion: 2 dm the lipid levels and vascular ultrasound index has obvious change with healthy controls, the disorder of lipid metabolism and 2 dm are lower extremity vascular lesions, ultrasound can accurately reflect the lesion severity and blood vessel function.
