摘要
目的：应用超声观察2型糖尿病（2DM）患者外周动脉，评价2DM的外周小血管病变。方法：观察50例2DM患者和健康成人50例，采用高频超声探头测量两侧颈动脉及两组足背动脉内径、收缩期峰值血流速度(S)、舒张末期流速(D)、血管阻力指数（RI）、脉动指数（PI）等指标。结果：观察组 TG、TC、LDL-C 明显高于对照组，HDL-C明显低于对照组；颈动脉及足背动脉的内径、S、D、PI低于对照组，RI高于对照组；差异均有显著性。结论：2DM其血脂水平及血管超声指数均与健康对照组有明显的改变，说明2DM存在脂代谢紊乱和下肢血管病变，超声能够准确反映其病变严重程度及血管功能。
