摘要
目的：通过参加化妆品中铅砷含量测定能力验证,进一步总结经验,提高实验室检测水平。方法：采用<化妆品卫生规范>(2007版)第三部分卫生检测方法中火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定铅，氢化物原子荧光光度法测定砷,以Z比分值来评价和判定检测结果。结果：本实验室铅测定数据Z比分值为1.60,砷测定数据Z比分值为0.27,Z均≤2，二项能力验证结果均为满意。结论：在本次化妆品中铅砷含量测定能力验证活动中，通过采用标准加入法进行实验室的内部质量控制，严格按方法要求配制试剂和操作，控制空白值等关键点，可以获得满意结果。
Abstract
To further improve the laboratory testing capability through a proficiency test report of Lead and arsenic in cosmetic.Methods:The level of lead was tested by a flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry and the level of arsenic was tested by hydride generation atomic fiurescence spectromety,Z-score was used to evaluateand predicate test results. Results:In the lead test, the Z-score was 1.60;in the arsenic test ,the Z-score was 0.27.it indicated that both tests met the proficiency requirement (both Z≤2).Conclusion:The proficiency tests suggestion couple of key issus in laboratory management ,such as spiked recorery test control procedure, reagents preparation ang operation,purified water and bland controls.
