摘要
目的：总结关节镜下带跟骨异体跟腱移植重建膝后交叉韧带的手术护理经验，以提高手术配合质量。方法：回顾性分析2011年6月到2012年12月期间，41例关节镜下带跟骨异体跟腱重建膝后交叉韧带护理配合情况，包括各种特殊器械准备、异体肌腱准备工作、仪器设备合理摆放及术中配合等。结果：41例患者均顺利完成手术，伤口一期愈合，未发生关节腔的感染，术后恢复良好。结论：术前做好宣教及心理护理、完善周密的术前准备、异体肌腱正确制备、正确连接各种仪器、密切有效的手术配合是手术顺利进行的重要保障。
Abstract
To summarize the surgery nursing experiences of synchronized alograft Achiles reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament and to improve the quality of coordination during surgery.Methods:41 cases of surgery nursing experiences of synchronized alograft Achiles reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament including preparing special equipment, alograft ligament, placement of equipment and coordination during surgery between June of 2011 and December of 2012 were reviewed and analyzed.Results:41 patients were successfuly operated with wound healing, no infection of the joint cavity and good recovery from surgery.Conclusion:Missions, psychological care before surgery, careful preoperative preparation, correct preparation of alograft ligament, proper connection of various instruments and closely and effective coordination are al important for the successful operation.
