产后访视对产褥期妇女生活质量的影响

摘要
目的：探讨产后访视对产褥期妇女生活质量的影响。方法：120例产妇随机分为观察组与对照组两组各60例。采用简明健康调查表(SF-36)量表对产妇的生活质量进行评价。结果：观察组患者SF-36量表各维度得分均高于对照组，两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：产后访视可以改善产妇产褥期的生活质量，值得推广应用。
Abstract
To investigate the life quality improvement of women in puerperium after postnatal visit and nursing intervention.Methods:120 cases puerperal women were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 60 cases each group. The concise Health Questionnaire (SF-36) scale to evaluate their quality of life. Results:SF-36 scale scores of the puerperal women in the observation group were higher than the control group, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:postpartum visit can improve the puerperal women's life quality, it is worthy of popularization and application.
