倍他洛克治疗中青年高血压的效果及分析

摘要
目的：观察倍他洛克治疗中青年高血压病的临床疗效。方法：对34例中青年高血压患者应用倍他洛克，应用非倍他洛克34例的治疗过程，随访1年，治疗前后，血压，心率变化。结果：联合倍他洛克治疗中青年高血压疗效优于未联合倍他洛克，而且副作用少、耐受性好。结论：联合应用倍他洛克治疗中青年高血压降压达标率高、副作用少、药种类少、药量低，降低心脑血管疾病有重要意义。
Abstract
To observation the treatment using metoprolol for hypertension of middle-aged people and youth.Method:34 examples using metoprolol for hypertension middle-aged people and youth and 34 examples of control group to the previous cases. And the al cases were folowed 1 year, observed the variable of blood pressure and heart rate. Results: The treatment using metoprolol were superior to the control group, with fewer side effects and wel tolerated.Conclusion:The treatment that using metoprolol for hypertension of middle-aged people and youth were high compliance rate、fewer side effects、fewer drug species and low dosage, have a significance to reduce the cardiovascular disease.
