摘要

目的:探讨品管圈在实施优质护理服务中提高护士管理参与率的应用效果。方法:通过成立品管圈活动组织,选定“提高护士管理参与率”为活动主题,对活动前后护士管理参与率的效果进行比较。结果:品管圈活动的开展在实施优质护理服务中,使护士的管理参与率达100%,病人满意度达97.5%。结论:将品管圈活动应用到实施优质护理服务中提高护士管理参与率取得了较好的效果,护理质量得到了明显提高。

Abstract

We hope to investigate the effect of quality control circle activity on boosting participation in the process of conducting excellent nursing service on the patient. Methods: We planned a quality control circle activity whose topic was “improving the participation rate of nurses in the management”. We compared the participation rate of nurses after this activity with the previous rate before this activity. Results: After the quality control circle activity, the participation rate of nurses reached 100%.At the same time, the satisfaction degree of patients reached 97.5%. Conclusion: When we applied this kind of activity on the conducting excellent nursing service, the participation rate of nurses was acceptable and the nursing quality was raised distinctly.
