南京市民营医疗机构洁净手术室空气监测分析

摘要
目的：了解南京市民营医院洁净手术室的空气质量,预防与控制医院内感染的发生。方法：按照GB 50333-2002《医手术部建筑技术规范》进行监测和评价。结果：2010~2012年共检测南京市民营医院洁净洁净手术室30间(次),洁净手术室总合格率为80%,其中2010年为70%,2011年为80%，2011年为90%。沉降菌菌落数3年合格率分别为79.4%、82.4%、83.3%。结论：洁净手术室存在医院感染危害因素，应加强监测和管理，重视后期维护保养。
Abstract
To understand the air quality of clean operating rooms of some private hospitals in nanjing to control nosocomial infections . Methods:In accordance with the GB50333-2002The hospital clean operating department construction technical specification to Monitoring and evaluation. Results:Detected in nanjing from 2010 to 2012 (times) between 30 private hospital clean operating rooms, clean operating room total percent of pass is 80%, which at 70% in 2010 and 2011 was 80%, and 90% in 2011. Setlement bacteria colony number 3 years qualified rate were 79.4%, 82.4% and 83.3% respectively.Conclusion:Clean operating room hospital infection risk factors, should strengthen the monitoring and management, pay atention to later period maintenance.
