摘要
目的：观察分析苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗高血压病3级的临床疗效。方法：随机将高血压病3级患者100例分为观察组（联合组）和对照组（单用组）各50例，观察组服用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合依那普利，对照组单独服用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平，连续进行2个月的降压治疗。结果：观察组的总有效率为76.0%，对照组的总有效率为42.0%，两组差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。观察组2例出现头晕，1例头痛，1例面红，2例轻微干咳；对照组则有4例头晕，3例头痛，1例面红,3例水肿。用药1～2周后上述不良反应均自行缓解或耐受。结论：苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗高血压病3级，疗效满意，安全可靠，毒副作用少；当单一用药疗效不满意时，临床可以首选二者联合使用。
Abstract
Observation Levoamlodipine besylate in combination with Iraq that Enalaprilate the clinical curative effect of treating hypertension level 3.Methods:Hypertension level 3 patients 100 cases randomly divided into observation group (combination group) and control group (group), 50 cases observation group taking l benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine in combination with the split and the control group alone l take benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine, for two consecutive months of treatment.Results:Observation group total effective rate was 76.0%, control group total effective rate was 42.0%, the difference between the two groups have statistical significance (P < 0.05). Observation group 2 cases appeared dizziness, headache in 1 case, 1 case of red face, 2 cases of mild dry cough. The control group there were 4 cases of dizziness, headache in 3 cases, 1 case of red face, 3 cases of edema. Use 1 ~ 2 weeks after the adverse reactions are to aleviate or tolerance.Conclusion:Levoamlodipine besylate in combination with Iraq that Enalaprilate in combination with Iraq that captopril treatment hypertension level 3, satisfied curative effect, safe and reliable, and less side effects; When a single drug curative effect is not satisfied, clinical can first a combination of both.
