摘要
目的：探讨稳心颗粒联合美西律治疗频发室性早搏的疗效及安全性。方法：将频发室性早搏患者120例随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，对照组给予口服美西律；观察组给予稳心颗粒联合美西律治疗，两组均给予常规治疗，疗程均为4周。用药前后记录心率，室性早搏数，测定QT间期离散度（QTd）,观察疗效、不良反应等情况。结果：观察组的心率明显慢于对照组，QTd明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义( p<0.05)。观察组总有效率90.0％，明显高于对照组的75.0％，两组临床疗效比较，差异有统计学意义( p=0.01，x2=4.51)。结论：稳心颗粒联合美西律治疗频发室性早搏疗效显著，且不良反应少，值得推广应用。
Abstract
To observe the effect and security of Wenxin Granules joint Mexiletine for frequent ventricular arrhythmia. Methods:Totaly 120 cases of frequent ventricular arrhythmia(VA) were randomized into the observation group and control group ,with 60 in each. The control group were given Mexiletine tablets ,observation group were given Wenxin Granules joint Mexiletine tablets.Both groups were given conventional therapy.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.Record the heart rate and the number of VA,determinate QT interval dispersion(QTd) before and after treatment in both groups,observe the effect and security.Results:the heart rate of the observation group was obviously slower than control group and QTd significantly lower than control group,with a significant difference between groups (p<0.05).The effective rate in the observation group and control group was 90.0% and 75.0% respectively,with a significant difference between groups (p=0.01, x2=4.51).Conclusion:Wenxin Granules joint Mexiletine have a good effect in the treatment of frequent ventricular arrhythmia,and less adverse reactions,is worthy of popularization and application.
