摘要

普及营养与膳食的知识,引导合理的营养与膳食对保障居民的健康至关重要,我们在教学活动中进行了以下的探索与实践:《营养与膳食指导》课程既是教学亦是科普;将《中国居民膳食指南》、“平衡膳食宝塔”贯穿于整个教学活动中;教学内容紧密联系生活;加强实践教学,增强学生的应用能力。通过《营养与膳食指导》课程教学的探索与实践,提升学生及周边人群的健康膳食意识,为今后工作奠定坚实的基础。

Abstract

It is important to popularize the knowledge of nutrition and diet, and to lead a reasonable nutrition and diet for protecting the health of the residents. In the teaching activities, we carry out the folowing investigation and practice: the course of “Nutritional and Dietary Guidelines” is both teaching and science-popularizing; the “Chinese Dietary Guidelines” and “Food Guide Pagoda” are running through the whole teaching activities; the contents of the course are related to common life closely; the course reinforces the practical teaching and strengthens the application ability of students. The objective of the above investigation and practice of the course of “Nutritional and Dietary Guidelines” is to raise the awareness about the nutritional diet of the students and people around them, which establishes a firm foundation for the future work.
