摘要
目的：探讨人性化护理在剖宫产护理中的价值。方法：收治剖官产产妇630例，随机分成对照组和观察组，各315例。对照组进行一般的护理，观察组进行人性化护理。结果：两组产妇在手术时间上比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，下床活动时间、术后并发症也明显低于对照纽，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：人性化护理可以提高护理人员的护理质量，提高优生优育，降低并发症的发生。
Abstract
To explore the humanistic nursing in nursing value in cesarean section.Methods:ln our hospital from 2013 May to November cesarean section in 630 cases,were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 315 cases in each group,control group general nursing,the observation group were individualized nursing.Results:the two groups of mothers inthe operation time and there is no significant difference(P> 0.05),bed time,postoperative complications were significantly lowerthan the control group,there were significant difference between two groups(P< 0.05).Conclusion:humanistic nursing care canimprove nursing quality of nursing staff,improve prenatal and postnatal care,reduce the incidence of complications.
