运用PDCA循环下的CBI情景教学模式解决临床护理本科生英语滞后现象

摘要
目的:解决临床护理本科生英语滞后现象。方法:运用PDCA循环下的CBI情景教学模式,采用自制问卷调查法和访谈法相结合由学生进行教学效果的评价。结果:情景教学中对护理英语查房的内容不断进行更新及充实,与临床护理及时并轨,并鼓励学生充分利用信息时代的第二英语课堂。结论:实施情景教学的过程中,运用PDCA循环不断修正及完善教学内容,可有效解决护理本科生进入临床工作后英语滞后的现象。
Abstract
To solve stagnant English of clinical undergraduates.Methods:Situational teaching mode of CBI under the PDCA cycle and teaching outcomes were evaluated by interview and questionnaires from students.Results:The content of situational teaching continuously updated and enriched, connected with clinical care timely and students should be encouraged to take advantage of the second English class in the information age.Conclusion:During the process of implement situational teaching, the teaching content constantly revised and improved under the use of the PDCA cycle, which can effectively solve the English stagnant phenomenon of undergraduates in clinical work.
