摘要
目的：验证酶法检测糖化血清白蛋白（GA）性能，评价其临床应用价值。方法：检测269例2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者及96例健康对照着的空腹血糖（FPG），餐后2h血糖（2hBG），糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）等指标；同时应用液态酶法测定糖化血清白蛋白及其他临床相关指标，分析糖化血清白蛋白（GA）与各检测指标的相关性。结果：糖化血清白蛋白（GA）与糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）具有良好的相关性，与空腹血糖（FPG），餐后2h血糖（2hBG）也具有良好的相关性。糖化血清白蛋白（GA）与长期血糖控制状况的相关性大于其与空腹血糖与餐后2小时血糖的相关性。糖化血清白蛋白是一个可反映血糖近期变化的优良且检测方便的指标，采用酶法测定的糖化血清白蛋白与各项血糖指标及糖化血红蛋白有较好的相关性。
Abstract
To evaluate the clinical significance of fast enzymatic measuremeng of glycated albumin(GA)Methods:269 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes melitus (DM)and 96cases of healthy controls were enroled, forwhom the fasting plasma glucose(FPG), postprandical 2 hours blood glucose(2hBG) and glucated hemoglobin (HbA1c) were measured. At the same time, the precision and linear rage of the detection kits were analyzed by the detection of samples and the correlation between GA and other indexes was evaluated.Results:GA is wel correlated with HbA1c ,FPG,2Hbg. Lucica GA is significantly highly correlated with HbA1c,FPG,2Hbg. Lucica GA is a convenient and excelent index to reflect recent blood glucose fluctuation.
