摘要
目的：了解计生服务站与妇幼保健站合并模式，对计划生育和妇幼保健工作的积极作用，为今后资源整合，构建妇幼健康服务新体系提供依据。方法：采取对霍山县计生妇幼保健总站合并23年来工作实践进行回顾性分析。结果：通过分析认为二站合并，一站服务，取长避短，优势互补，能极大提高工作效率。结论：合并模式，能够实现资源整合、技术提升、服务优质、效率增强，确实提高了我县妇女儿童健康水平。
Abstract
Study and analyses the benefits of combination model for family plan service and women and children service, in order to provide the knowledge to resources integration and establish the new system of family plan women and children service in the future. Methods: Analyses combined organization of Huoshan Family plan women and children service station’s cases in last twenty-three years.Results: The research proved the combined organization has complementary advantages, it makes the work of family plan women and children service more efficiently.Conclusion:The Combination by Family Plan Service Station and Women and Children Service Station could improves the resources organizing, technology, services and efficient. It exactly enhances the health level of women and children in our county.
