To understand the prevalence of cervical cancer in this area of women and women's health, and to provide a reference for future disease prevention and cervical cancer screening for women. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 2009~2013 the physical examination results of cervical cytology screening population. The results: 2009~2013 a total of 11,991 cases of cervical cytology, where the total number of positive cases was 661 cases (5.51%), with the exception Kirgiz, Uzbek and other ethnic groups, different family name, cytology-positive women of different ages no difference in the rate of performance (P<0.05), TCT cytology and colposcopy goodness of fit of the two diagnostic methods was statistically significant, with a certain degree of consistency (P<0.05). Conclusion: healthy people in the early detection of cervical cytology screening epithelial cell abnormalities can help prevent cervical cancer; still need to account for a small part of the population (3.7%) of the Kirgiz, Uzbek and other ethnic groups to increase educational and census efforts; liquid-based cytology is the main method of cervical cancer screening, should strengthen the technical training and quality control.
