红花注射液治疗少量外伤性血胸的临床观察

摘要
目的：评价红花注射液治疗少量外伤性血胸的疗效。方法：对106例少量外伤性血胸采用随机分组，红花注射液治疗组56例和对照组50例。观察治疗前后临床症状、体征及胸部X线的变化。结果：红花注射液治疗组在疗程中总有效率优于对照组(P<0．O5)。结论：红花注射液治疗少量外伤性血胸安全、有效。
Abstract
Aim:To investigate the effect of the safflower injection for treating a smal amount traumatic hemothorax.Methods:106 patients with traumatic hemothorax were divided randomly into control group(n=50) and study group(n=56).The clinical symptoms and X-ray changes before and after treatment were observed.Results:The total effective rate in study group was prior to that in control group(P<0.O5).Conclusion:The safflower injection is an effective and safe way to treat a smal amount traumatic hemothorax.
