摘要
目的：探讨腹腔镜下行妇科手术患者的术前与术后护理。方法：总结62例腹腔镜下妇科手术术前术后护理经验。结果：针对62例患者在腹腔镜下行妇科手术，采取相对应的术前与术后护理措施，保证患者手术的顺利进行及术后早日康复。结论：腹腔镜手术具有手术切口小、术中出血少、术后痛苦小、并发症少、瘢痕小、恢复快、住院时间短等优点。
Abstract
To investigate the laparoscopic gynecological operation in patients with preoperative and postoperative nursing.Methods:To summarize the experience of preoperative and postoperative nursing of gynecologic operation under laparoscope in 62 cases. Results: in 62 cases of patients in the laparoscopic gynecologic operation, adopt corresponding preoperative and postoperative nursing measures, guarantee patients the smooth operation and postoperative recovery.Conclusions: laparoscopic operation has the operation of smal incision, less bleeding, postoperative pain, fewer complications, scar is litle, restore fast, short hospitalization time.Peri operation period nursing of gynecologic laparoscopic.
