芪参护心汤对急性心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠血清SOD及MDA的影响

目的：观察芪参护心汤对缺血再灌注心肌损伤大鼠血清SOD、MDA的影响，探讨芪参护心汤对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的作用机制。方法：将大鼠随机分为5组：空白组、假手术组、模型组、缺血预适应组和中药组，每组10只，选用结扎冠脉法建立大鼠心肌缺血再灌注动物模型，缺血10min 后,恢复冠脉灌注30min，其中假手术组仅做冠脉穿线,不结扎；缺血预适应组结扎冠脉5min后放松再灌注5min,反复3次。采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定血清中SOD的活性，采用硫代巴比妥酸显色法检测MDA的含量。结果：芪参护心汤组、缺血预适应组与模型组比较血清中 SOD 活性明显升高,MDA 含量明显降低,有显著差异(P＜0.05)。结论：芪参护心汤对实验性大鼠心肌缺血再灌注后自由基损伤具有保护作用。
The effect of ginseng soup huxin of acute ischemia myocardial reperfusion for rat in the MAD and SOD
Object :To observe the effect of ginseng soup huxin of acute ischemia myocardial reperfusion in the MAD and SOD and discuss machanism of action of ginseng soup huxin in acute ischemia myocardial reperfusion .Method:It is adopting ligation coronary artery in order to establish animal model and observing the condition of ventricular arrhythmias in every group for 30min.determining the activity of SOD by XOD and the content of MDA by Sulfur and benzodiazepines acid show color method.Result:ginseng soup huxin can reduce the happence of arrhythmia reperfusion and enhance the activity in SOD and MDA.Conclusion:ginseng soup huxin can protect the damage of acute ischemia myocardial reperfusion for rat .it is also one of machanism of action .
