摘要
目的：探讨埃塞米拉唑联合伊托必利治疗老年性反流性食管炎的临床效果。方法：将60例老年反流性食管炎病人随机分为两组。治疗组给以埃塞米拉唑20mg，口服，每日2次。伊托必利50mg，口服，每日3次。对照组予以雷尼替丁150mg，口服，每日2次。疗程均为8周，分别比较两组临床症状和内镜下改变的疗效。结果：治疗组和对照组在临床和内镜下的改变比较有显著性差异（P<0.01）。结论：埃塞米拉唑与伊托必利治疗老年性食管炎疗效优于西咪替丁与伊托必利联合。
Abstract
To investigate the clinical effect of Ethiopian Mira combined with itopride in the treatment of senile reflux esophagitis.Methods: 60 cases of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given with 20mg Ethiopian Mira, oral, 2 times a day. Itopride hydrochloride 50mg, oral, 3 times a day. The control group was given ranitidine 150mg, oral, 2 times a day. Treatment for 8 weeks, curative effects were compared between the two groups of clinical symptoms and endoscopic changes.Results: the treatment group and the control group in the clinical and endoscopic changes were significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion: the Ethiopian Mira aripiprazole and itopride in the treatment of senile esophagitis curative effect is beter than that of cimetidine combined with itopride.
