摘要
目的：对红花和蒲黄中化工染料进行染色鉴定。方法：TLC法和HPLC-DAD法鉴定。结果：红花中检出金橙II；蒲黄中检出金胺O；结论：红花、蒲黄掺假染色现象非常严重。
Abstract
To identify the chemical dyes in Chinese medicinal materials flos carthami and polen typhae.Methods:TLC and HPLC-DAD.Results:Orange II was discovered in flos carthami and auramine O in polen typhae.Conclusions:the situation of the adulteration in Chinese medicinal materials flos carthami and polen typhae was very severe.
