小针刀结合拔火罐治疗肱骨外上髁炎72例疗效观察

摘要
目的：探讨治疗肱骨外上髁炎的有效方法。方法：72例肱骨外上髁炎的患者按照所患疾病给予小针刀联合拔火罐治疗。结果：41例症状完全或基本消除，23例好转，8例无效，总有效率为88.9%。结论：肱骨外上髁炎大多慢性劳损致肱骨外上髁处形成急、慢性炎症等引起，采用小针刀联合拔火罐治疗效果显著。
Abstract
To explore effective ways of humeral epicondylitis treatment.Methods:72 cases of humeral epicondylitis of patients given a smal knife combined cupping therapy according to the ilness.Results:41 cases symptoms completely or substantialy eliminated, 23 cases improved, 8 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 88.9%. Conclusion:humeral epicondylitis mostly caused by chronic fatigue epicondyle of the humerus formed acute and chronic inflammation caused by using a smal knife cupping therapy combined effect is remarkable.
