摘要
目的：探讨鼻空肠管导丝引导置胃管在已用气管导管建立人工气道的情况下快速、有效置胃管的应用效果。方法：将与胃管同等长的鼻空肠管导丝套入胃管内给已有气管导管的患者置胃管。结果：鼻空肠管导丝引导置胃管能快速、一次成功地将胃管置入胃内。结论：在喉镜辅助下鼻空肠管导丝引导置胃管能快速、一次性成功，避免反复置管给患者造成损伤和并发症，并能有效节省抢救时间。
Abstract
To discuss the application effect of nasal jejunal tube thread guide by stomach tube under the condition of rapid, effective in artificial airway .Methods:Set the equal length of nose jejunum tube thread with the stomach tube into patient’s stomach with trachea.Results:Nasal jejunal tube thread guide by stomach tube could be quick, successful into the stomach. Conclusion:Nasal jejunum under laryngoscope auxiliary pipe thread guide stomach tube could be quick, one-time successful into the stomach, avoiding to cause damage and complications to patients with repeated, and could effectively save save time.
