To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Shenmai injection combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate Injection treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:a retrospective analysis of our hospital 68 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in patients with clinical data, were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 34 cases in each group, the treatment group was treated with Shenmai injection, and combination of isosorbide dinitrate injection; the control group were treated with Danshen Injection, adding 5% glucose intravenous nitroglycerin, observation of curative effect of two groups of ECG changes and angina pectoris the.Resultsthe curative effect in treating angina pectoris treatment group total effective rate was 97.1%, significantly higher than in group B 70.6% (P< 0.05), ECG improvement rate of the treatment group and the control group had significant difference (P< 0.05).ConclusionShenmai injection combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate Injection treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris clinical effect is significant, worthy of clinical application.
