摘要
目的：探讨下腰椎不稳症的骨科治疗。方法：50例下腰椎不稳症患者，其中腰椎峡部裂致脊椎真性滑脱患者15例，退变性腰椎不稳症患者35例。38例患者行手术治疗，包括：有限复位，内固定，植骨融合，后路椎管减压，12例患者行保守治疗。结果：45例患者获随访，时间5～24个月，手术患者优良率82.5%。结论：下腰椎不稳症手术治疗主要为短节段融合术，合并腰突症及退变性腰椎管狭窄症者应同时治疗，下腰椎滑脱症者还须行复位术及内固定术，内固定是手段，融合是目的。
Abstract
To investigate the Department of orthopedics in treatment of lower lumbar spinal instability.Methods:50 cases of lumbar instability patients, including 15 cases of lumbar spondylolysis patients with spinal true spondylolisthesis, degenerative lumbar instability in 35 cases patients. 38 patients underwent operation, including: limited reduction, internal fixation, bone grafting, posterior decompression, 12 patients underwent conservative treatment. Results 45 patients were folowed up for 5 ~ 24 months, time of operation, with the excelent and good rate was 82.5%.Conclusionlumbar instability operation treatment for short segment fusion, combined with lumbar disc hernia ion and degenerative lumbar spinal canal stenos is should be treated at the same time, lower lumbar spondylolisthesis were also underwent reduction and internal fixation, internal fixation methods, fusion is objective.
