he application and analysis of diagnosis about fetus’ central nervous system malformations from prenatal Color Doppler Ultrasonography
to explore and analyze the value of diagnosis about fetus’ central nervous system malformations from prenatal Color Doppler Ultrasonography.Method:100 cases of pregnant women who were check out conceiving fetus with central nervous system malformations after an examination by prenatal color Doppler ultrasonography in our hospital during May, 2011 and May, 2012 are retrospectively analyzed. They were chose as the clinical research subjects. According to the pregnancy, they were divided equaly and randomly into observation group whose pregnant women had a pregnancy about 17~27 weeks and contrast group whose pregnant women had a pregnancy about 27~38 weeks. Making a ultrasonography of the two groups and record the examination result.Result:theexamination result of Color Doppler Ultrasonography indicates that the detectable rate of teratomas of pregnant women in observation group was 94.00%. It is obviously higher than contrast group. Complex operation rate about 10.00% in observation group is obviously lower than complex operation rate about 36.00% in contrast group (P<0.05). The result has a statistical significance. Conclusion: an examination of prenatal Color Doppler Ultrasonography can diagnose antepartum fetal correctly. It provides reliable technical support for antenatal diagnosis of fetus anomaly and the best pregnancy is 17~27 weeks.
