Endoscopy Assisted Thyroid Surgery to Remove the Effect in the Treatment of Thyroid Benign Disease Research
Objective To study the auxiliary thyroidectomy of cavity mirrors the clinical therapeutic effect of thyropathy benign disease .Methods In our hospital from the l2,2011 to January 2011 for treatment of 80 patients with thyroid benign disease data were retrospectively analyzed,these patients were randomly divided into two groups,a group for experimental group,another group as control group,with 40 patients in each group.The experimental group were treated by endoscopy assisted thyroid surgery treatment,the control group were treated by routine surgical treatment,compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results Two groups of operation time and hospital stay after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference;on two groups of patients with postoperative complications of discomfort and opportunity, treat-ment group patients were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The auxiliary treatment of thyroid gland resection of cavity mirrors thyropathy benign disease clinical treatment effect is good,can effectively improve the prognosis of patients,we should be used widely in clinic.
