摘要
目的：探讨采用喜炎平注射液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的疗效。方法选取64例于我院治疗的小儿急性上呼吸道感染患者，按入院顺序分为实验组和对照组，两组各32人，实验组采用喜炎平注射液进行静滴治疗，对照组则使用炎琥宁注射液静滴治疗。对比两组的疗效。结果实验组患者总有效31例（96．9％），对照组患者总有效25例（78．1％），实验组对比对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论喜炎平注射液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染，疗效显著，值得推广应用。
Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of XiYanPing injection in treatment of children acute upper respiratory tract infection .Method Choose 64 cases of children acute upper respiratory tract infection patients treated in our hospital,and divided into experimental group and control group,the 32 cases in both groups,the experimental group using XiYanPing injection treatment,the control group using Andrographolide injection treatment.Contrast the curative effect of two groups.Results The total effective of experimental group was 31 cases(96.9%),control group total effective was 25 cases(78.1%),the experimental group compared to control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion XiYanPing injection in treatment of children acute upper respiratory tract infection,curative effect is distinct,and worthy of popularization and application.
