摘要
母婴同室是母婴保健的重要模式，然而受到多种因素的影响，部分新生儿在出生后需要转入监护病房，从而导致母婴隔离的出现。母婴隔离会对产妇造成较大的生理及心理影响，而产妇家属的不理解等极易导致医疗纠纷的出现。近年来随着护理水平的提高及医疗模式的转变，母婴分离产妇护理临床研究逐渐深入。笔者在对近年来关于母婴分离产妇护理的临床资料进行广泛查阅、分析的基础上，对母婴分离产妇护理临床研究进行分析，现就这一研究结果做一综述。
Abstract
Rooming is an important model for maternal and child health ,however,is affected by many factors,some newborns after birth into the ICU needs,resul-ting in the emergence of maternal isolation .Maternal isolation would cause greater physical and psychological impact ,and their families do not understand the other moth-ers can easily lead to the emergence of medical disputes .Recent years,with the improvement of the level of care and medical paradigm shift ,maternal separation gradually in-depth clinical studies of maternal care.The author of maternal separation on maternal care in recent years,the clinical data widely accessible,based on the analysis of maternal separation maternal care clinical studies were analyzed,the results of this study are to do a review.
