改良微量泵泵入尿激酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床研究

摘要
目的：探讨改良微量泵泵入尿激酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法选取从2012年10月---2013年9月在我科住院治疗的下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）的患者120例，均经彩超确诊，随机分为改良微量泵治疗（A组）60例，传统患肢静点组（B组）60例。结果出院时A组明显优于B组；随访6-10个月，A组远期疗效优于B组。结论采用改良微量泵泵入尿激酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成能明显改善预后，减少下肢深静脉血栓后遗症，值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective To study the improvement of micro pump pumping urokinase clinical curative effect for the treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis . Selection methods From October 2012 in September 2013 in our department in the hospital treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis ( DVT) of 120 cases of pa-tients,both by colour to exceed diagnose,modified micro pump were randomly divided into treatment group(A)60 cases,traditional limb static point group 60 cases ( group B) .Results Hospital group A was better than group B;Were followed up for 6-10 months,long curative effect in group A is better than that of group B .Conclu-sion Modified micro pump pumping urokinase treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis can obviously improve the prognosis ,reduce the incidence of PTS,worth clinical promotion.
