摘要
目的：探讨中医护理技能在护理管理中的应用效果观察。方法选取80名护理人员作为研究对象，随机将其分为两组，一组护理人员实施常规的护理技能为对照组，另一组护理人员实施中医护理技能为观察组，比较两组护理人员的考核成绩、护理质量和患者满意度。结果观察组护理人员实施中医护理技能后的考核成绩、护理质量以及患者满意度均明显优于对照组，经比较具有统计学差异（P＜0．05）。结论对于护理管理中提高中医护理技能水平，使考核成绩，护理质量以及患者满意度均明显提高，值得在护理管理中广泛使用。
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of application of TCM nursing skills in nursing management .Methods A total of 80 nursing staff as the research object, and were randomly divided into two groups,one group of nurses nursing skills normal as control group ,another group of nursing personnel to carry out the traditional Chi-nese medicine nursing skills for the observation group,compared two groups of nursing assessment,nursing quality and patient satisfaction.Results In the observation group,the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing skills of nursing staff after the examination ,the quality of care and patient satisfaction were significantly better than the control group,the significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion To improve the level of TCM nursing skills of nursing management,the assessment re-sults,the quality of care and patient satisfaction were significantly improved ,and is worth widely used in nursing management.
