43例螺内酯治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床分析

摘要
目的：总结分析螺内酯治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择2010年6月---2012年11月期间我院收治的43例慢性心力衰竭的老年患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组23例和对照组20例，对照组患者给予ACEI（血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂）治疗，观察组在ACEI治疗基础上加用螺内酯治疗，评价患者治疗前后6min步行距离以及心功能改善情况。结果治疗后观察组6min步行距离（560．2±71．9） m明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；观察组LVEDD（50．5±5．3）mm、LVEF（0．59±0．06）心功能指标明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论螺内酯治疗老年慢性心力衰竭疗效好，能显著改善患者心功能，值得推广使用。
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical effect of spironolactone in treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure .Methods 43 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from June 2010 to November 2012 were divided into the control group(20),treated by ACEI(angiogenesis-converting enzyme inhibitors) and the observation group(23),treated by spironolactone on the basis of control group.The 6min walk distance and improved heart function change of two groups was an-alyzed.Results After treatment,the 6min walk distance of the observation group(560.2 ±71.9)m was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The LVEDD(50.5 ±5.3)mm、LVEF(0.59 ±0.06)of the observation group were better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The spironolactone in the treat-ment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure have excellent outcomes and can significantly improve heart function in patients .
