摘要
目的：对重型颅脑损伤并发大面积脑梗死患者的临床诊断与防治进行初步的研究分析，为临床诊治提供一定参考。方法选取我院2012年3月至2012年12月期间收治的35例重型颅脑损伤并发大面积脑梗死患者为研究对象，对其诊断、治疗进行分析总结。结果35例患者中，恢复良好病例15例，占42．86％，中度残疾者12例，重度残疾者2例，植物生存者1例，死亡3例。结论重型颅脑损伤并发大面积脑梗死的患者预后差，临床工作中应充分认识其特点，细致的观察病情变化，做到早诊断、早治疗，从而提高患者的治疗效果。
Abstract
Objective To carry out preliminary studies on clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with severe brain injury complicated with large area cerebral infarction,to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods 35 cases of severe brain injury complicated with cerebral infarction patients in our hospital in 2012 March to 2012 December were treated as the research object,for its diagnosis,treatment were analyzed and summarized.Results 35 patients recovered well,15 cases,accounted for 42.86%,12 cases of moderate disability,2 cases of severe disability,1 cases of vegetative state,3 cases of death.Conclusion Severe craniocerebral injury complicated with the prognosis of patients with large area cerebral infarction,should fully understand the characteristics of clinical work,careful observation of changes in condition,to achieve early diagnosis,early treatment,so as to improve the treatment effect of the patients.
