摘要
目的：提高患者腕带佩戴率及护士操作腕带核对率。方法开展质量管理小组（ QCC）活动，对腕带佩戴率及核对率低的原因进行分析、筛选，找出导致佩戴率及核对率低的主要原因，并进行改进。结果腕带佩戴率及核对率由4月份的89．29％、70．02％提高至99％，进步率达11％及41％。结论品管圈活动提高了腕带佩戴率及核对率，减少因核对不严引起的护理不良事件，激发了品管圈小组成员工作积极性，值得在全院推广。
Abstract
Objective To improve nurse patient wristbands wear rate and operating wristbands to check rates.Methods To carry out quality control circle(QCC)ac-tivities get the wristband by analyzing the reasons for low wear rates and check rate ,screening,find out the cause,the main reasons for the low wear rate and check rate and to improve.Results The wristband wear rate and checking the rate increase by 89.29%in April,89.29%to 70.02%,improvement rate was 11%and 41%.Conclu-sion Wristbands quality management circle activity can improve the wear rate and checking the rate ,reduce nursing adverse events caused by checking the lax,inspired the qc team members work enthusiasm,is worth popularizing in the floor.
