摘要
目的：探讨个性化护理在直肠癌术后乙状结肠造口患者中的作用。方法回顾性分析了2011年1月---2012年12月我院对126例直肠癌术后乙状结肠造口患者给予个性化护理的临床资料。结果126例直肠癌术后乙状结肠造口患者均痊愈出院，无任何造口并发症病例。结论对结肠造口周围皮肤涂抹造口护肤粉和皮肤保护膜，皮肤干燥者采用凡士林或生理盐水纱布敷贴，涂氧化锌软膏等护理措施，并在出院前后的对患者进行饮食健康指导等个性化护理措施提高临床治愈率，促进患者预后康复。
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the role of personalized nursing in colorectal surgery is the role of patients underwent colostomy .Method e analyzed retrospective-ly from January 2011 to December 2011,our hospital 126 cases of postoperative rectal cancer has shaped the clinical data of patients underwent colostomy give personal-ized care.Results 126 cases of postoperative rectal cancer of patients underwent colostomy were recovered and discharged,no complications cases underwent colostomy. Conclusion To the surrounding skin underwent colostomy smearing vaseline gauze or saline water patches and dry skin,underwent colostomy nursing measures,such as zinc oxide ointment on skin and a healthy diet guidance to patients before and after the discharge personalized nursing measures such as to improve clinical cure rate ,pro-mote the rehabilitation of patients prognosis.
