摘要
目的：探讨分析阿司匹林肠溶片联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年9月至2013年2月间在我院进行治疗的188例冠心病心绞痛患者的临床记录资料。结果治疗后，治疗组的总有效率为90．43％，显著高于对照组的78．72％，具有统计学差异（P＜0．05）；治疗组的发作频率、发作间隔、24h缺血总时间以及心肌耗氧指数均明显低于对照组，具有统计学差异（P＜0．01）。结论阿司匹林肠溶片联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效显著，具有临床推广价值。
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical effect of aspirin enteric -coated tablets combined clopidogrel treatment for angina pectoris .Methods Clinical record data of 188 cases of angina patients in our hospital from September 2008 to February 2013 were reviewed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group,(90.43%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.72%),with a significant difference(P<0.05).The seizure frequency,seizure interval,24h total time of ischemia and myocardial oxygen consumption index of treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined clopidogrel treatment of angina pectoris significant clinical efficacy with clinical value .
