摘要
目的：本研究主要就结肠癌伴结肠梗阻患者的临床诊治情况展开分析讨论，以此来为此类患者的临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选择我院2010年9月---2012年9月所收治的87例结肠癌伴肠梗阻患者作为研究对象，所有患者在入院后根据其具体情况对其给予不同的手术方式来进行治疗，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果在本研究的所有患者中，所有患者的手术治疗均较为顺利，其中有4例患者经治疗无效死亡，术后有17例患者出现不同程度的并发症，所有患者在术后均给予肠外营养支持，并禁食4-8天。结论在对结肠癌伴肠梗阻患者进行临床治疗时，必须根据患者的临床症状以及具体的梗阻部位选择对应的方式来对患者进行手术处理，同时还必须做好相应的并发症以及感染预防治疗，这也是改善患者的预后情况，提高其治疗效果的关键。
Abstract
Objective to clinical diagnosis and treatment of this study on the colon cancer patients with colonic obstruction were discussed , in order to for the clini-cal treatment of such patients to provide reference .Methods 87 cases of colon cancer in our hospital from 2010 September to 2012 September-treated with intestinal ob-struction patients as the research object, all the patients in the hospital according to the specific circumstances of the given operation in different ways to carry on the treatment, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results in all the patients in the study, all patients were treated successfully operation, of which 4 patients were treated and died after operation, 17 patients were found to have different degrees of complications, all patients were given postoperative parenteral nutrition support, and fasting 4-8 days.Conclusion in the colon cancer with intestinal obstruction in patients with clinical treatment , must according to the clinical symptoms of the pa-tients and the specific site of obstruction and choose the corresponding to operation treatment for patients , but also must make corresponding complications and infection prevention and treatment, which is to improve the prognosis of patients, the key to improve its effect of treatment.
