Objective The purpose of our study was to analyze the results detected by five different automatic blood ceil analyzers and to evaluate the contribution of clinical requirement.Methods SYSMEX XT-1800i as a standard machine selected by the Ministry of Health blood cell analysis EQA was used as a standard machine and other instruments such as SYSMEX 800i,SYSMEX 2100i,MEK-7222 as test ones.and PLT for internal quality control for continuous 30 days.Results Four instru-ment testing results through statistical analysis,correlation coefficient between 0.95-0.99;Test results of bias were in the United States CLIA deviation 1/2’88 ability test analysis within the quality requirements.Conclusion The selective detection of indoor quality controls combined with fresh blood samples and comparative analysis are performed by several blood cells analyzers,which can effectively improve comparability of detection results by blood cell analyzer .Moreover the dose of quality controls reduced and laboratory test results for clinical are ensured accurate and consistent .
