Objective To investigate the fungal infection in TB clinical features and analysis of its predisposing factors for the future treatment of patients with pul-monary tuberculosis secondary infection to lay the foundation to be able to better treatment .Methods In our hospital from March 2008 to August 2013 received 45 cases of fungal infection in patients with tuberculosis were reviewed,treatment and analysis.To collect sputum and sputum culture,another requirement in patients with oral anti-fungal drugs for a month.Results Pulmonary tuberculosis variety of fungi,bacteria,especially in white beads up,the implementation of oral anti -fungal drug treat-ment,had a significant effect.Conclusion TB fungal infection in clinical analysis has important implications for its treatment;one should continue to be explored.
