摘要
目的：初步探讨中药综合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选择我院2010年12月至2012年12月早期糖尿病肾病患者96例，随机分为观察组及对照组，每组48例，对照组给与降糖、降压、将蛋白、利尿消肿、抗凝等西医对症治疗，观察组在治疗组的基础上给予口服自制中药方，治疗8周，观察两组患者在血糖、血脂、24小时尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白排泄率、血肌酐及临床疗效方面的差异。结果①两组患者临床各个指标比较：治疗8周，观察组血糖、血脂、24小时尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白水平较对照组明显降低，两组比较有统计学差异（P﹤0．05），血肌酐水平两组比较无统计学差异（P﹥0．05）；②两组患者临床疗效比较：观察组在显效及总有效率方面均高于对照组，两组相比有统计学差异（P﹤0．05）。结论口服自制中药方综合疗法能明显提高早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效，值得在临床上进一步推广。
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of combined therapy of TCM on early diabetic nephropathy .Methods In our hospital from 2010 December to 2012 December 96 cases of early diabetic nephropathy,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,48 cases in each group,control group given hypo-glycemic,hypotensive,diuretic swelling,anticoagulant protein,western medicine symptomatic treatment,the observation group in the treatment group received oral pre-scriptions made,treatment 8 weeks,observe two groups of patients in blood glucose,blood lipid,24 hour urinary protein,urinary albumin excretion rate,creatinine and clinical efficacy.Results 1.compared two groups of patients with clinical indicators:8 weeks of treatment,the observation group blood sugar,blood lipid,24 hours urinary protein,urinary albumin levels were significantly lower than the control group,a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05),serum creatinine levels in the two groups were no statistical differences(P>0.05);2.compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect:the observation group in the effect and the total efficien-cy was higher than that of control group,compared two groups,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of early diabetic nephropathy,it is worth popularizing in clinic.
