奥氮平用于老年痴呆的治疗探讨

摘要
目的：了解奥氮平治疗老年性痴呆患者临床疗效及安全性。方法对68例老年性痴呆（ AD35例和 MA33例）住院患者在治疗前、治疗后4周，采用简易智力状态检查量表（ MMSE）、老年临床评定量表（ SCAG）及治疗时出现的副反应量表（ TESS）进行评定、比较。结果小剂量奥氮平对老年性痴呆的精神症状能有效控制，不良反应少。结论奥氮平用于控制老年性痴呆的精神病性症状的疗效肯定。
Abstract
Objective To know the curative effect and safety of Olazapine on the patients with senile dementia .Methods Assessment and comparison were made with Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)﹑Sandoz Clinical Assessment Geriatric(SCAG)and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)to 68 hospitalized pa-tients with senile dementia(35 cases with Alzheimer Disease,AD,and 33cases with Multi-infarct Dementia,MD)before treatment and four weeks after treatment.Re-sults Small dosage of Olazapine could control the psychotic symptoms of the patients with senile dementia;while with few of side effects.Conclusion Olazapine is effective in control the psychotic symptoms of the patients with senile dementia .
